Delivering High Quality flyash is our primary motto of sundarpozzo Quality Control Center. Our teams of professional technical experts are at hand to service our customers and to offer advice on any aspects. We are committed in supplying high quality products. Our Fly Ash conforms to the most stringent international standards and is subjected to strict quality control procedures to ensure that only consistent and reliable materials are supplied. To meet the demand of consistent, high quality fly ash that is used as a cement replacement material in all types of concrete construction. Chemical and Physical parameters of fly ash at various stages (raw material / in-process / finished) has been continuously tested at our well equipped In-house lab on 24/7 basis (round the clock).
We have supplied with Pre-Shipment quality certification by Independent Agency (SGS India & LLOYDS) for physical and chemical parameters. We have the facility to supply the Fly Ash of different grades and quality to our customers as per their requirements. Our team has highly qualified and experienced staff to consult and guide our customers to implement the Fly Ash in their applications. We have state-of-art Laboratory setup which is equipped with all Modern Testing Equipments to analyze the Chemical and Physical properties of Fly Ash. Also we have a separate team of trained Lab Technicians to constantly monitor the quality in Fly Ash production.
Fly ash particles
particles are almost totally spherical in shape allowing them to flow and blend freely in mixtures
Ball bearing effect
The “ball-bearing” effect of fly ash particles creates a lubricating action when concrete is in its plastic
Higher Strength
Fly ash Continues to combine with free lime, increasing structural strength over time.
Reduced sulfate attack
fly ash ties up free lime that can combine with sulfate to create destructive expansion
Improve Finishing
sharp, clear architectural definition is easier to achieve, with less worry about in place integrity
Reduced segregation
Improved cohesiveness of fly ash concrete reduces segregation that can lead to rock pockets and blemishes
